How does my computer get connected to your computer screen during our appointment?
At the time of our appointment I send to you an email with a link. By clicking this link my screen will show up on your computer screen, laptop or tablet.
Is your system secure?
Great question. At the time of our appointment, and in addition to sending you a text to connect to my computer screen, I will telephone you for the audio portion of our meeting. This two-way connection, one through the internet and the other through the telephone, is very secure.
